TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
Any taxes, such as GST etc., applicable if any, to your order are will be shared with you. The sale prices mentioned on the website include design charges if applicable, which can comprise 50-65% of the sale price. Note: Additional design charges over and above the sale price mentioned may apply in case there is design customization. We reserve the right to create a separate invoice for design and product charges, or combine them both in a single invoice.
If you are ordering from outside India, you may be charged applicable import duties and taxes by the customs and authorities of the destination country, which will be payable by you. Usually, such duties and taxes are collected from you by the courier companies while delivering your order. We do not maintain any information on them since they are outside our purview.

SHIPPING POLICY
The physical delivery of the invitation cards shall be at the address communicated by you and will be through available logistics providers such as postal or courier services or shipping agencies and the delivery of the ecards or digital invitations shall be made to you electronically only at the email address communicated by you as per the approximate delivery time displayed for the product on the website.
The following terms are applicable to printed cards and other printed items on our website which involve delivery of physical goods.
• Any duties & taxes applied by your country at the time of import are additional and are payable by you (if applicable). For any queries , please contact us.
• An estimated delivery time to your location will be displayed on the website, which you can access prior to placing your order. Although, we ship through reputed couriers and agencies to ensure safe and timely deliveries, sometimes deliveries may take longer due to bad weather, transportation disruption and other unforeseen reasons beyond anybody’s control.

DELAYED DELIVERY
In case of non-delivery of goods by the due date, amounting to delay, we shall pursue the matter on your behalf with the concerned courier company to for the earliest delivery.

LOSS IN TRANSIT
If the courier company confirms the loss during transit, the order re-printed and shipped with no cost to the customer. However, the time to print will be similar to that taken earlier.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
In case of damage during transit, the pictures of the damaged cards including pictures of the packaging, for our assessment. It will be our sole discretion to judge the damage and consider replacement of such cards. In such a case, you will be asked to send such damaged cards to us at your cost using a trackable courier service to ensure that we receive your returned goods.
We shall replace the damaged cards, free of cost, after their receipt and our final inspection of the damage. However, the time to replace them will be similar to that taken earlier.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
