• Any suggested changes will be implemented, and a revised proof will be shared.

6. Approval and printing:
•Once you approve the final proof for printing, we will proceed to print your items and arrange for their courier to your specified address.

If you’d like to experience the look and feel of any design before placing your final order, you can order a sample. The sample will give you a tactile sense of the card, and your actual card will closely resemble the sample, with the addition of your personalized text.

No, they do not. The courier charges specified in our quotes cover the actual courier cost and do not include import duty. Import duty is not consistently imposed by countries on wedding cards. To avoid unnecessary estimations and charges for all clients, we refrain from incorporating import duty into our courier charges, as it is often not applicable to wedding cards.

Certain countries, such as the UK and Australia, may occasionally impose import duties on wedding invitations. However, these duties are not consistently applied to wedding cards, and we are not always informed of them in advance. Consequently, import duties are not factored into our courier charges.

In the event that import duty is levied on your order, DHL will contact you for payment. They will collect the duty from you and directly remit it to the local government. Following the settlement of the duty, DHL will proceed with the delivery of your cards to the specified address.
